Putting the FUN into Function
Our therapists understand the importance of play to foster natural development of motor, social, and communication skills. We make sure to incorporate functional play into each individual treatment plan. Each pediatric physical therapist is trained in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT) for the treatment of neurologic conditions, including, but not limited to cerebral palsy.
Our physical therapy staff has extensive training in the treatment of torticollis & plagiocephaly, with a high success rate in reducing the need for further invasive interventions and cranial banding, and decreasing motor delays typically associated with torticollis.
We use an NDT approach to the treatment of our children to foster appropriate muscle activation and joint alignment.
